Multi-faceted pop with an incredible sense of colour...
Count Counsellor

Count Counsellor has shared multi-faceted new pop gem 'Friends' - tune in now.

Real name Henry Counsell, the producer moved from Australia to London a few years back, embracing fresh influences every step of the way.

Instead of reducing these influences, though, he tends to let them all shine through - at exactly the same time.

Gloriously extra-dimensional pop music, new EP '& The Friday Friends' shuffles between Fela Kuti and Burial, The Streets and Paul Simon.

He explains: “There is no doubt that you are hugely influenced by the people you listen to. So listening to those artists have hugely influenced how I play and write, whether it is clear in the music or not.”

New cut 'Friends' is online now, and the sheer boldness of the songwriting is something to behold.

Tune in now.
