Including two Wembley dates...
Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran has announced plans for a series of enormous stadium shows.

The songwriter's enormously successful album 'Divide' has sparked a renewal of chart rules, with the Sheeran singularity dominating the Top 20 for the past six months.

Lead single 'Shape Of You' has notched up more than one billion streams, with the entire planet seeming to go crazy for the ginger loop-meister.

Ed Sheeran will play a string of huge stadium dates next summer, opening at Belfast's Boucher Playing Fields on May 9th.

Hitting Manchester, Glasgow, and Newcastle, Ed Sheeran will play two shows at Wembley Stadium before the tour closes at Cardiff's Principality Stadium.

General sale commences on July 1st at 10am - apart from the Belfast date, which opens at 9am.

Ed Sheeran is set to play the following shows:

9 Belfast Boucher Playing Fields
24 Manchester Etihad Stadium

1 Glasgow Hampden Park
8 Newcastle St James’ Park
15 London Wembley Stadium connected by EE
16 London Wembley Stadium connected by EE
