The first IRL drop is ready.

It’s been eight months since Kanye West premiered his adidas debut (here) – one since collection number two was unveiled (view the film, here) – and now the first pieces are finally ready to drop, IRL.

A “solutions based” line-up according to its maker, Yeezy Season 1 is made up of core knits, jersey and outerwear, pictured above up close and personal; the men’s looks modeled by Insta favourite, Ian Connor.

“I don’t want the clothes to be the life, I want the clothes to help the life,” continues West of the controversial collection, so described as per the collective response across both the fashion industry and greater cultural field back in February.

While tights and a-like silhouettes featured heavily in the initial full looks, many pieces, such as those seen here, concede with the designer’s intentions for fuss free apparel; “a worldliness and an ease,” suggests Yeezy.
