Anniversary celebrations continue with a new collaboration.

Not for the first time this year, K-Swiss has something to celebrate. While throughout 2016 the brand, founded by Swiss brothers Art and Ernie Brunner in 1966, has been celebrating its half century anniversary, on Thursday a new collaboration drops.

Teaming up with AAPE – the diffusion edition of streetwear label, A Bathing Ape – K-Swiss this week introduces a new look Classic ’66.

One of the brand’s most iconic models having launched, as its name would suggest, at the very start, the new shoe retains many of the elements that first made it distinguishable (read: the silhouette, five rings and classic D-rings), while a camo makeover ensures a nod to the contemporary. Elsewhere the AAPE logo is stamped on the shoe’s heel counter while the camo print sock liner boasts a cobrand. Selected stores get theirs tomorrow.
