The Gel Lyte III goes dotty.

As with any product driven anniversary, a certain number of ‘special collabs’ are a given. In the case of Asics, whose Gel Lyte III model this year celebrates 25 years of service (to, umm, the footwear industry?), the brand’s latest is perhaps its strongest yet.

A simple enough concept – Parisian (concept) store colette (a brand that likes to decorate any and everything with its trademark shade of blue) boasts the badge of honour – with the resulting trainers decked out in spots and titled ‘Dotty’.

A strong use of said shade, the shoes make for a bold if playful addition to the sneaker game. Released on 25th July, each pair comes with three sets of laces and similarly dot covered insoles.
